Who we are
Dreamway Express LLC operates quorumlatch.com. Correspondence: quorum@quorumlatch.com.
This policy covers the public brochure at quorumlatch.com. The point of record at por.quorumlatch.com is a separate host. It publishes signed announcements, public keys, and hashes. It refuses payloads. It does not cover research systems, agent runtimes, or off-site correspondence except email sent to the address above.
What we collect
You do not need an account to read this site. We do not run advertising pixels. We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party marketing analytics. We do not take donations on this site, so we do not collect payment information.
The host records ordinary server logs when you request a page: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring URL if the browser sends one, and user-agent string. Those logs exist for security, abuse detection, and keeping the site up.
If you write to quorum@quorumlatch.com, we receive whatever you send: your address, the message, and any attachments. That mail is read by people and systems working for Dreamway Express LLC.
If you log into WordPress as an administrator, the software sets authentication cookies so the session stays logged in. That path is not for the public. We do not offer public user accounts.
Cookies
The public pages do not require cookies to be read. You should be able to refuse non-essential cookies and still load this site.
WordPress, which publishes this site, sets cookies only for authenticated administrators, including names such as wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, and wp-settings-*. Those cookies keep a logged-in session and remember admin-screen settings. They are not set for ordinary readers.
The host or a security gate in front of the WordPress admin may set a short-lived cookie (for example a JavaScript gate cookie) to distinguish a browser from an automated request. That is a security measure, not advertising.
We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use cookies to profile you across other sites. We do not believe a consent banner is required for these strictly necessary cookies; if a later feature needs a non-essential cookie, we will say so here before it ships.
How we use it
Logs: operate the site, diagnose faults, detect abuse, and respond to security incidents.
Email: answer the inquiry you sent, keep a record of the correspondence, and, if the message is legal in nature, retain it as business record.
Admin cookies: keep an authenticated session on the dashboard.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted on infrastructure provided by our hosting company. That host necessarily processes the logs and the files that make the site. Mail is delivered through the mail service attached to the domain.
WordPress is the publishing software. It runs on the host. It does not send your reading of public pages to Automattic or the WordPress Foundation as a condition of using the software.
We do not sell mailing lists. We do not share visitor logs for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect the site, the work, or other people from abuse or crime.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then rotated or deleted by the host’s ordinary practice. Email is kept as long as the correspondence remains relevant to the work, or as long as a legal obligation requires. Admin session cookies expire.
Your choices
You can read the site without sending mail and without logging in. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser; the public pages should still load. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to quorum@quorumlatch.com. We will not delete information we are required to keep, or that we need to keep the site secure.
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights (including the EU, UK, or California), write to the same address. We will respond to a verifiable request.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Do not send secrets to the public inquiry address that you would not put in ordinary business mail. Do not send transcripts, keys you cannot rotate, or other payloads to this domain; the public record is not open, and this brochure is not a drop box.
What we will not collect here later without saying so
If a point-of-record API opens on this domain, it will be designed to take signed announcements, public keys, and hashes — not transcripts, not prompts, not files. That API is not live. Before it is, this policy will name what is stored, what is public, and what is refused.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date below.
